Call for Abstracts: Digital Poster Session at the 9th PTS Congress

We are pleased to invite dentists, researchers, and dental students to participate in the Digital Poster Session. This is an excellent opportunity to present your scientific achievements, clinical trials, in vitro studies, or interesting case reports to a wide audience of specialists.

📍 Presentation Venue & Context: The works will be officially presented on September 17–19, 2026, during the prestigious 9th edition of the Congress of the Polish Dental Society (PTS). The event will take place at the modern exhibition and congress center Ptak Warsaw Expo (Hall F, 62 Katowicka Ave., 05-830 Nadarzyn, Poland). This year’s congress focuses particularly on interdisciplinarity, combining the latest medical knowledge with dynamically changing legal and economic realities.

📢 Additional Benefit: The abstracts of accepted posters will be published in the post-congress issue of the Journal of Stomatology (Czasopismo Stomatologiczne), indexed in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education database (20 MSHE points)!

Key Information for Authors:

  • Submission Deadline (Abstract & PDF Poster): August 17, 2026

  • Session Format: Exclusively digital (e-posters displayed on screens in the congress area).

  • Language of Abstract and Poster: English.

Technical and Substantive Guidelines Summary:

  • Title: Concise, precise, and without abbreviations. It should clearly state the type of work (e.g., clinical trial, in vitro study, review, case report).

  • Authors & Affiliation: Full names of all authors and detailed affiliation format (institution, city, country). The corresponding/presenting author must be clearly indicated.

  • Abstract: Maximum 250–300 words, structured into objective, methods, results, and conclusions + 3 to 5 keywords.

  • Poster Structure (PDF): Introduction, Aim of the study, Material and methods, Results, Conclusions, and References (if applicable). Prioritize readability, charts, high-quality figures, and tables.

The organizers reserve the right to reject works that do not meet the technical or substantive requirements.
